Acknowledging that regular one to one coaching may not be what every person wants or needs, and that people can only ever be in one place at a time, distance coaching provides an economical and convenient solution for people looking for individualised exercise programs.

Distance coaching consists of programs divided into four week mesocycles, and requires the client to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering exercise, injury and health history, as well as providing some videos of simple biomechanical assessments.

For an individual to fully appreciate the benefit of following a personalised program a minimum of three consecutive months commitment is required.
