Maintaining and improving strength requires moving against resistance through all the fundamental human movements of squat, hinge, push, pull and lunge. This program is designed for you to do just that, but using only the environment around you.

Creating a stronger, more resilient body makes you better at every other aspect of your health and fitness routine. Being stronger improves mobility, reduces injury risk, improves posture, and the training involved in getting there improves hormonal health and bone density – not a lot not to love! Of course we all know that modern gyms are full of equipment specifically designed to improve strength and conditioning. However, when circumstances don’t allow us to get to one then we have to adapt.
