Who do you train?

I specialise in working with actors preparing for film, Television, and stage roles, helping them achieve the precise aesthetic and physicality their characters demand.

Can you tailor training for a specific role?

Yes, every program is customised to fit the physical requirements of your role. Some roles require bodies to be bigger, others smaller; some demand muscularity, others leanness; and many require very specific movement skills. Regardless of the goal, all roles need physical resilience and a focus on staying injury-free. My role is to work closely with you to achieve these objectives through a variety of methods, always prioritising health and long-term wellbeing.

Do you train people who aren’t actors?

Yes, I also work with a number of musicians preparing for the rigours of live shows and touring. While my focus is very much on the entertainment industry, the training principles I use can benefit anyone looking for tailored, effective coaching.

How do you help me stay injury-free during intense filming?

My training programs are designed with respect for multiple body systems – from the musculoskeletal to the nervous and respiratory systems. I work to bring these systems into balance to optimise alignment and movement quality. This approach not only reduces mechanical stress on the body but also accelerates results. Think of it as starting to drive without the handbrake on!

Do you offer remote coaching for actors working abroad or on location?

Absolutely. I provide remote coaching that maintains the same high standards and personalisation as in-person training.

How quickly can I see results?

Results vary by role and individual, but actors typically see noticeable improvements in strength, mobility, and body composition within a few weeks of focused training.

How is your approach different from traditional transformation packages?

Traditional transformation programs tend to use the same template for everyone, often without consideration for long-term health or what happens after that initial period.

My approach is to focus on achieving your short-term goals whilst being very mindful about what comes next.  Every program is fully personalised: I carefully assess your movement mechanics and design exercises that suit your unique body.

Using a one-size-fits-all method is like handing everyone size 10 shoes – good for some, uncomfortable for others, and potentially risky for many.

Do you collaborate with other departments?

Yes, I regularly liaise with directors, producers, medical staff, stunt coordinators, hair and make up,  and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to your physical preparation. Working together and collaboratively across all departments helps optimise your performance, safety, and availability throughout the production.

How do you handle confidentiality?

All work is carried out under NDA agreements, respecting the privacy of every client and the confidentiality of productions

Can I work with you directly outside of a production?

Absolutely. Many actors choose to engage me directly rather than through a production, to have more personalised attention and control over their training. Some work with me continuously between projects, while others train for an upcoming role even while filming another. This direct approach ensures your needs and schedule are prioritised at all times.

Where are you located?

I usually train private clients at a fully equipped, discreet private gym in Central London. However, I can also travel to locations, studios or on set by arrangement, and I offer global travel to accommodate filming locations worldwide
