Is this program suitable for absolute beginners?
No: Screen Ready is designed for women who already have some experience training in a gym. It requires familiarity with standard equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, and resistance machines.

Can I pause the program if I go on holiday or get sick?
The program runs continuously for 12 weeks from your purchase date. However, a 2-week grace period is included so you can make up any missed workouts if life gets in the way.

What equipment do I need?
You’ll need access to a gym with: dumbbells, barbells, adjustable bench, kettlebells, cables, resistance bands, and a TRX / Suspension trainer.

How much weight should I lift?

Choose a load for each exercise where you can just about perform all of the prescribed repetitions without compromising on technique. It is absolutely normal for the weight used to fluctuate from session to session but you should see a gradual increase in strength across the 12 weeks. The app will keep track of your weights lifted.

What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary depending on your consistency and nutrition, but most women notice improvements in strength, body composition, and confidence in the gym. The program is designed to help you look leaner and stronger while also improving mobility and body awareness.

Do I get nutrition support?
Yes. The platform includes a built-in calorie tracker, nutritional guidelines, and the ability to log meals. This ensures your training and nutrition work together for the best results.

Will anyone check my technique?
Yes: you can record short selfie videos of your lifts and compare them against the demo videos. This helps you monitor technique, reduce risk of injury, and track improvements.

Do I have to share my progress photos?
No. All progress photos are completely confidential and stored privately in your account. They are for your own tracking and motivation. You can request confidential feedback but access is controlled by you.

Is there any support if I get stuck?
Yes. You’ll have access to group messaging support within the platform, a space for accountability, encouragement, and answers to common questions.

What if I have a technical problem?
For technical issues with the platform (such as login or app functionality), you’ll be able to contact the tech support team directly.

Do I need internet access?
Yes. The program cannot be downloaded. You’ll need internet access wherever you train to view the workouts and videos.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All program purchases are non-refundable. Please be sure you are ready to commit before joining.

Are there programs for men?
Yes. A men’s version of Screen Ready is in development, along with action-focused programs for both men and women.

When should I start the program?
